Era of the bellows

Stockholm, Sweden. When the amateur’s choice was a b&w 120-roll, and a strolling along gravel roads was the only option beside taking the bicycle. The air smelled smoke and fuel coke. Universal suffrage was just about the corner. Camera work by Steichen was published regularly and artists challenged the the traditional views. Science and the critical thinking led to the definite divorce from faith.
